Experimental study on the whole process of diamond indenting rock

摘要: 为了探究金刚石与岩石之间的相互作用过程和现象,在微机控制的电子万能试验机WDW-100上,进行金刚石全过程压入岩石表面的试验研究,通过其试验力-变形曲线总结出金刚石压入岩石后的破碎规律。试验结果表明:金刚石在压入较硬岩石时,宜选择小粒径的金刚石;而在压入较软岩石时,宜选用大粒径的金刚石。金刚石压入试验可为其钻头优化设计提供参考。Abstract: In order to explore the interaction process and phenomenon between diamond and rock, the experiment of diamond indenting the rock surface in the whole process was carried out on WDW-100 electronic universal testing machine controlled by microcomputer. The breaking law of diamond pressing into rock was summarized by its test force-deformation curve. The experimental results show that the diamond with small diamond size should be selected when the diamond is pressed into hard rock, and the diamond with large diamond size should be selected when the diamond is pressed into soft rock. The diamond indentation test can provide reference for the optimization design of the drill bit.
