Uncertainty evaluation on determining lithium oxide in vitrified bond by FAAS

摘要: 火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)可测定陶瓷结合剂中氧化锂含量。为提高测量精度,进行FAAS的不确定度的评定实践,并分析测量重复性、标准曲线线性回归、试样溶液体积及称量等因素引起的不确定分量。按照国际通用方法计算合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果表明:测量重复性和标准曲线线性回归方程是不确定度的主要来源。在测定中应进行多次平行实验,并特别注意绘制标准曲线时所用标液浓度的合理选择。Abstract: FAAS, which is short for flame atomic absorption spectrometry, is a method widely used to assess Li2O3 content in vitrified bond.To improve the accuracy, comparative tests were implemented to study the uncertainty caused by test repeatability, linear regression of standard curve, liquid volume, dilution degree and sample weighing.The combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty was calculated based on an international method.Resultsshow that test repeatability and linear regression of standard curve affect the uncertainty most.In conclusion, when determining the content, parallel repetitive measurement should be conducted with special attention paid to solution concentrations when drawing a standard curve.
