Uncertainty evaluation on determining aluminum oxide in vitrified bond by ICP-OES

摘要: 电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)可用于测定陶瓷结合剂中氧化铝的含量。为提高测定精度,通过对比实验分析不确定度产生的原因并建立评定不确定度的数学模型。对测量重复性、试液浓度、溶液体积、稀释程度及称量等引起的不确定分量进行评定,然后按照国际通用方法计算合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。评定结果表明:测量重复性、试液浓度引起的不确定度对总不确定度影响最大。所以在测定中应进行多次平行测定,并特别注意绘制标准曲线时所用标液浓度的合理选择。Abstract: ICP-OES, which is short for inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry, is frequently used to determine Al2O3 content in ceramic bonds.To improve the accuracy, comparative tests were implemented to study the causes of uncertainty and evaluate it.The uncertainty caused by test repeatability, solution concentration, liquid volume, dilution degree and sample weighing was assessed.The combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty was calculated based on an international method.Assessment shows that test repeatability and solution concentration affect the uncertainty most.In conclusion, when determining the content, parallel repetitive measurement should be conducted with special attention paid to solution concentrations when drawing a standard curve.
