Design and debugging of the integrated system of the blade adaptive abrasive belt grinding unit

摘要: 为实现航空发动机叶片自适应砂带磨削单元的系统集成,根据生产需求确定砂带磨削单元系统的建设目标与工艺流程,建立面向叶片自适应砂带磨削单元的系统集成方案。在磨削单元制造执行支持系统的管控下,实现一次装夹完成叶片型面、进排气边缘、叶根及凸台过渡区部的磨削集成加工。调试证明:磨削单元所加工的叶片型面、进排气边缘、叶根等部分的表面粗糙度和轮廓度均满足设计要求。Abstract: In order to realize the system integration of aero engine blade self-adaption belt grinding unit, according to the production requirements determine the construction target and process of belt grinding unit system, establishing a system integration scheme for self-adaption belt grinding unit.Under the control of the grinding unit manufacturing execution support system, realizing the integration of grinding processing of a blade surface, edge and the blade root and the boss of the transition zone, the debugging proof the blade grinding unit could meet the design requirements surface and edge, blade root and other parts of the roughness and profile.
