Effect of nanometer Ti(C,N)on property of vitrified bond for CBN abrasives

摘要: 本实验选用Na2O-Al2O3-SiO2-B2O3系统作为基础陶瓷结合剂体系,向陶瓷玻璃料中分别加入2%、4%、6%、8%质量分数的纳米Ti(C,N)制得纳米陶瓷结合剂。采用CMT4504型电子多功能试验机、LCP-1差热膨胀仪和Stemi 2000-C金相显微镜等测试分析仪器,分别对不同含量纳米Ti(C,N)的结合剂进行抗折强度、差热分析、显微结构分析和流动性等性能检测,分析不同含量纳米Ti(C,N)对结合剂的影响。结果表明:加入2%、4%、6%、8%质量分数的纳米Ti(C,N)后,陶瓷结合剂流动性范围为179.80%~193.33%,抗折强度为33.55~116.38 MPa。其中,加入6%质量分数纳米Ti(C,N)陶瓷结合剂的性能最佳,抗折强度比基础陶瓷结合剂增加了39.92 MPa,流动性增大了22.9%,综合性能得到改善。Abstract: Na2O-Al2O3-SiO2-B2O3 based vitrified bond was selected as the main research subject.Vitrified bond for nanometer titanium carbonitride could be obtained by adding 2%,4%,6% and 8%mass fraction nano-Ti(C,N)into the basic glass material.The flexural strength values were gained by CMT4504 electronic multifunctional tester. Furthermore, differential thermal analysis and microstructure of vitrified bond for nanometer Ti(C,N)were examined by LCP-1poor thermal expansion and Stemi 2000-C electron microscope,respectively.The results showed that after being added to 2%,4%,6% and 8% mass fraction nano-Ti(C,N),the mobility of the vitrified bond was about 179.80%-193.33% and the values of bending strength were among 33.55-116.38 MPa.The comprehensive performance of vitrified bond with 6% mass fraction nano-Ti(C,N)was optimal.Compared with basic glass material,its bending strength and mobility increased by 39.92 MPa and 22.9%,respectively,with performance greatly improved.
