Effect of Co on performance and structure of low-temperature Fe-based ceramic/metal composite bonds

摘要: 为探讨金属Co对低温铁基金属陶瓷结合剂性能和结构的影响,在烧成温度为700℃和真空热压烧结条件下,制备铁基金属陶瓷结合剂。使用三点弯曲强度测试仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)等一系列仪器,测试其抗弯强度和抗冲击强度等性能以及微观形貌和结构。结果表明:Co质量分数为17%时,其与陶瓷相形成Co-CoO-陶瓷连接相,低温金属陶瓷结合剂的抗弯强度和抗冲击强度达到最大值,分别为130.55 MPa和4.33 kJ/m2;含Co铁基预合金粉的加入促使低温铁基金属陶瓷结合剂晶相细化,产生细晶强化作用,提高其强度。Abstract: The effect of Co on performance and structure of low-temperature Fe-based ceramic/metal composite bonds was studied.Samples were sintered at 700℃in vacuum.Using mechanical tester,bending strength and impact strength of samples were tested and micro-topography analyzed using XRD and SEM.The results showed that when the addition of Co was 17wt%,it reacted with ceramic to form Co-CoO-ceramic cubic structure.The bending strength and impact strength of low-temperature ceramic/metal composite bonds reached their maximum,namely 130.55 MPa and 4.33 kJ/m2,respectively.The Fe-based prealloy powder with Co promoted finer bond crystalline,which reinforced the strength.
